摘要 目的:观察经皮神经电刺激(TENS)联合布洛芬缓释胶囊治疗盆腔炎性疾病(PID)所致慢性盆腔疼痛(CPP)的疗效及对血清炎症因子和致痛物质水平的影响。方法:选择2020年6月~2021年6月期间河北省人民医院收治的120例PID所致CPP患者。根据随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,各为60例,对照组患者接受布洛芬缓释胶囊治疗,研究组患者接受TENS联合布洛芬缓释胶囊治疗,对比两组疗效、症状评分、血清炎症因子、致痛物质水平和安全性情况。结果:研究组(91.67%)的临床总有效率高于对照组(75.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组疼痛视觉模拟(VAS)评分、症状体征(McCormack)评分均下降,研究组低于对照组同期(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白介素-6(IL-6)、白介素-1β(IL-1β)、C反应蛋白(CRP)水平均下降,研究组低于对照组同期(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组血清5-羟色胺(5-HT)、P物质(SP)和强啡肽(DYN)水平均下降,研究组低于对照组同期(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率组间对比,未见差异(P>0.05)。结论:TENS联合布洛芬缓释胶囊治疗PID所致CPP,疗效确切,可促进症状缓解,降低炎症因子和致痛物质水平。  相似文献

Interleukin-17 (IL-17) is a cytokine secreted primarily by TH-17 cells that can stimulate the development of osteoclasts (osteoclastogenesis) in the presence of osteoblasts. IL-17, through osteoblasts, has indirect effects on the expression of bone resorption-related enzymes in osteoclasts, which have not been well clarified. Here, using MC3T3-E1 cells and RAW264.7 cells as osteoblasts and osteoclast precursors, we aimed to clarify these effects of IL-17A. MC3T3-E1 cells were cultured in the presence or absence of IL-17A for 72 h and the conditioned media collected (in the presence of soluble receptor activator of NF-кB ligand) and used to culture RAW264.7 cells. To assess osteoclast differentiation, adherent cells were fixed and stained for tartrate-resistant acid phosphatase (TRAP). Our analyses demonstrated that the number of TRAP-positive multinucleated cells increases after 3 days of culture in conditioned medium from IL-17A-treated cells compared to untreated controls. In addition, we observed that the levels of cathepsin K and MMP-9 increase in the conditioned medium from IL-17A-treated cells, whereas CA II expression levels remain unaffected. PGE2 production from MC3T3-E1 cells increased in the presence of IL-17A. Celecoxib, a specific inhibitor of cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2), blocked both the IL-17A-stimulated increase in TRAP-positive multinucleated cells and the expression of cathepsin K and MMP-9. Furthermore, when MC3T3-E1 cells were transformed with small interfering RNA to silence COX-2 expression before IL-17A treatment, the resulting conditioned medium was less effective at inducing cathepsin K and MMP-9 expression in RAW264.7 cells. These results suggest that IL-17A induces the differentiation and function of osteoclasts via celecoxib-blocked prostaglandin, mainly PGE2, in osteoblasts.  相似文献

Egg cases of 21 oviparous chondrichthyan species from the south-west Atlantic Ocean are described and compared. The catshark Schroederichthys bivius has a cigar-shaped egg case with curled tendrils only at the posterior end. Egg cases of the elephant fish Callorhinchus callorynchus are spindle-shaped with anterior and posterior tubular extensions and lateral flanges. The skate Amblyraja doellojuradoi presents medium-sized egg cases (71 mm in length) with a lateral keel extending to the first portion of the horns. The endemic skate species of the genus Atlantoraja have medium to large egg cases (69-104 mm in length) and present relatively large posterior horns. Egg cases of the genus Bathyraja have a medium size, 75-98 mm in length, and are characterized by a very similar morphology, a relatively smooth to rough surface case and posterior horns strongly curved inwards. Egg cases of the genera Dipturus and Zearaja are very large, 115-230 mm in length, and have a well-developed posterior apron. Despite the problematical identification of skates at species level, the egg capsules of the endemic genus Psammobatis are easily diagnosed; the capsules are small (25-53 mm in length), those of Psammobatis rutrum being the smallest known to date in the world. Egg cases of Rioraja agassizi have a medium size, 61-68 mm in length, relatively straight sides, a smooth surface and silky attachment fibres placed in the lateral keel next to each horn. Those of the genus Sympterygia are small to medium sized, 51-86 mm in length, and display the thickest lateral keel and the longest posterior horns among the skates of the world. Egg cases can be a useful tool for identifying species and egg-laying areas; therefore, a provisional key for the south-west Atlantic Ocean chondrichthyan capsules is presented.  相似文献

Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs are known to be the most widely used drugs to exert their anti-inflammatory activities. It was examined protein expression profiles of human rheumatoid fibroblast-like synoviocyte MH7A cells treated with celecoxib, a selective cyclooxygenase-2 inhibitor, or ibuprofen, a non-selective cyclooxygenase inhibitor, using two-dimensional gel electrophoresis for comparison the mechanism of the drugs. Altered expression pattern in response to celecoxib is significantly different from that of ibuprofen treated cells. When MH7A cells were treated with celecoxib, 28 proteins were affected at their expression levels. Among them, heat shock proteins (Hsp60 and 70), glucose regulated proteins (Hsp75 and 78) were observed to be up-regulated by 1 to 30 microM concentrations of celecoxib but those proteins were not affected in ibuprofen treated cells. On the other hand, the expression of 19 proteins was changed by ibuprofen and the expression of apolipoprotein E, RNA binding motif 4, CTP-phosphocholine cytidylyltransferase, and phospholipase A2 inhibitory protein was only altered by ibuprofen. The expressions of 15 proteins were affected by both celecoxib and ibuprofen. Our results showed that celecoxib and ibuprofen, though they are known to act as cyclooxygenase inhibitors, could exert a different mode of acting mechanisms in anti-inflammatory processes. The chemical proteomic approach will be useful for figuring out the mode of actions of drugs.  相似文献

Using recombinant sulfotransferases (SULTs) expressed in E. coli, β-estradiol (E2) sulfonation was examined to determine which SULT enzyme is responsible for producing E2-17-sulfate (E2-17-S). SULTs 1A1*1, 1A1*2, 1A3, 1E1 and 2A1 all sulfated E2 to varying extents. No activity was observed with SULT1B1. Among the SULTs studied, SULT2A1 produced primarily E2-3-sulfate (E2-3-S), but also some E2-17-S and trace amounts of E2 disulfate. SULT2A1 had a Km value of 1.52 μM for formation of E2-3-S and 2.95 μM for formation of E2-17-S. SULT2A1 had the highest Vmax of 493 pmol/min/mg protein for formation of E2-3-S, which was 8.8- and 47-fold higher than the maximal rates of formation of E2-17-S and E2 disulfate, respectively. SULT2A1 formed E2-3-S more efficiently. However, when celecoxib (0–160 μM) was included in the incubation with either SULT2A1 or human liver cytosol, sulfonation switched from E2-3-S to E2-17-S in a concentration-dependent manner. The ratio of E2-17-S/E2-3-S went up to 15 with SULT2A1, and was saturated at 1 with human liver cytosol. In both cases, more E2-17-S was formed, with the unreacted E2 remained unchanged, suggesting celecoxib probably bound to a separate effector site to cause a conformational change in SULT2A1, which favored production of E2-17-S. The ability of celecoxib to alter the position of sulfonation of E2 may in part explain its success in the experimental prevention and treatment of breast cancer.  相似文献

AIMS: To investigate the release characteristics of Lactobacillus casei strain Shirota (LCS) from chitosan-coated alginate-starch (CCAS) capsule in different regions of ex vivo porcine gastrointestinal (GI) contents. METHODS AND RESULTS: A 0.1 g of CCAS encapsulated bacteria (containing c. 10(8) CFU of LCS) were incubated in different sections of ex vivo porcine GI contents (10 ml) anaerobically at 37 degrees C. Samples were taken from different GI contents at different time intervals (up to 24 h) and estimated for the release of LCS from capsules. There was almost a complete release (1.1 x 10(8) CFU) of LCS from capsules within 8 h of incubation in ileal contents, while it took nearly 12 h to release the completely encapsulated bacteria in colon content under similar conditions. There was only a partial release of encapsulated LCS, incubated in duodenal and jejunal contents, while there was no significant (P > 0.05) release of encapsulated bacteria in gastric contents even after 24 h of incubation. CONCLUSIONS: The capsules were able to release viable probiotic cells completely in ex vivo porcine ileal and colon contents. SIGNIFICANCE AND IMPACT OF THE STUDY: CCAS capsule can be an effective way of protecting probiotic bacteria from adverse gastric conditions and delivering viable bacteria to the host intestinal systems.  相似文献

A key was produced to describe 10 stages of development of linseed buds, flowers and capsules. Botrytis cinerea conidia germinated more rapidly and germ tubes grew longer on linseed stigmas, petals and mature senescing capsules than on green leaves, sepals and immature capsules. The proportion of conidia which germinated increased and the germ tubes continued growing for longer in the presence of linseed pollen and flower petal extracts. In controlled environment and field experiments, the response of buds, flowers and capsules to inoculation with B. cinerea changed with stage of development; few pre‐flowering buds developed symptoms (brown lesions, then grey mould), but high proportions of flowering and post‐flowering buds did so. Few immature green capsules developed symptoms and the proportion of capsules which developed symptoms increased as they matured. The presence of linseed pollen decreased the incubation period from inoculation with spore suspensions to appearance of B. cinerea symptoms on buds. A disease cycle was produced to suggest the changes in susceptibility of linseed to infection by B. cinerea conidia during bud, flower and capsule development.  相似文献

The anatomy and morphology of nearly mature fruits in 85 mainly palaeotropical species of Melastomataceae were examined using microtome- and hand-sectioning, and differential staining. Much structural heterogeneity was observed in both capsules and berries. Mul-tivariate analyses of 31 of the 52 characters recorded for each species, revealed that indehiscence is associated with fusion of ovary and hypanthium tissues, placenta persistence, lack of a persistent endocarp, and a dearth of srlereids in these tissues, while dehiscenre is correlated with the opposite states and a persistent exocarp. Other fruit characters such as lignification or fleshiness of tissues do not show a consistent association with dehiscence. Break down of broad fruit types, such as 'berry' and 'capsule', into their individual morphological and anatomical traits shows how unusual fruit types, such as woody berries, fleshy capsules, and capsules containing fleshy placentas (display fruits), which are common in palaeotropical Melastomeae and Dissochaeteae, contribute to a loosening of expected correlations. Thus, discriminant analysis clearly differentiated display fruits from the other fruit types because of their combination of fleshy placentas with a persistent endocarp and absence of ovary/hypanthium fusion. The evolution of fruit types within Melastomataceae, and especially Dissochaeteae, and their reliability as phylogenetic indicators is discussed in the light of molecular phylogenies for these groups that show that berries and capsules evolved several times independently, explaining the observed heterogeneity of outwardly similar fruits. Fruit diversity within Melastoma , a monophyletic genus of 22 species, provides an example of the plasticity afforded by the particular construction of Melastomataceae fruits, which has contributed to ecological diversification in melastome seed dispersal.  相似文献

Nearly all of the alkaline protease found in the occlusion bodies of baculoviruses (polyhedra for nuclear polyhedrosis and capsules for granulosis viruses) (Baculovirus, subgroup A and B, family Baculoviridae) can be specifically extracted under high ionic concentration. The extraction is directly proportional to the concentrations of NaCl up to 0.25 m. It is not dependent on pH, species of ions, temperature, and incubation time. The protease is reabsorbed under low ionic concentration by protease-extracted and by heat-treated capsules and polyhedra. The protease from Streptomyces griseus is not absorbed. This indicates that the occlusion body proteins have distinct affinity for certain alkaline proteases.  相似文献

目的探讨地衣芽孢杆菌活菌胶囊对肝炎后肝硬化患者血清内毒素、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)及前降钙素(PCT)水平的影响。方法将90例乙肝后肝硬化患者随机分为观察组和对照组。两组均予以低盐饮食、保肝利尿和营养支持等基础治疗。观察组加用地衣芽孢杆菌活菌胶囊0.5 g/次,3次/d,连用6周。观察两组治疗前后血氨、血清内毒素、hs-CRP和PCT水平变化。结果治疗6周后,两组血氨和血清内毒素水平较治疗前均明显下降(P〈0.05或P〈0.01),且观察组患者下降程度与对照组比较更明显(P〈0.05);同时两组血清hs-CRP和PCT水平较前明显下降(P〈0.05或P〈0.01),且观察组患者下降程度与对照组比较更明显(P〈0.05)。结论地衣芽孢杆菌活菌胶囊辅助治疗乙肝后肝硬化能明显降低患者血氨和血清内毒素水平,并能下调血清hs-CRP和PCT水平,从而有利于抑制肝内局部炎症反应及降低肠黏膜的通透性。  相似文献
